ISO 37001 is designed to help an organization implement anti-bribery management system. It specifies a series of measures which the organization should implement to help prevent, detect and address bribery, and provides guidance in relation to its implementation. The changing scenario across the globe and increase in competition has allowed the business management to evolve new modes of enhancing business and face new bouquet of challenges, like bribery etc. The response to these challenges is immensely influenced by existing rules, laws and regulations.

Course Objectives

Anti-Bribery Management System is an international standard that specifies a series of measures to help an organisation prevent, detect and address bribery. The requirements of ISO 37001 are designed in such a manner that it could be integrated with any the existing management processes and controls.

Mr. A K Mishra is a well-known professional with more than 15 years of experience and has expertise in the field of Compliance, Anti-Corruption and Business Ethics, Human Rights, Corporate Social Responsibility, Risk Management etc. His professional exposure covers countries like Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri-Lanka and Nepal including India. He is former Executive Director of Transparency International India and served as consultant to various national and international organizations such as Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST), Commonwealth Secretariat etc.

He is graduate in Mineral Engineering from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, LL.B from Delhi University, and attended Management Program in Public Policy from Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad. He is a qualified Lawyer, registered with Bar Council of Delhi, practicing at Delhi High Court and external member of various Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of organizations to set up as per POSH Act.
